Account closure and self-exclusion options are in your Account Settings under Responsible Gaming. Occasionally during peak periods or network delays it may take a little longer. If a deposit is not reflected in your account after 15 minutes, check your JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction history to confirm the payment went through, then contact zs7 support with the transaction reference number.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier when you select your preferred option. The limits shown are always in PKR. Some promotional offers may have a minimum qualifying deposit to activate a bonus — those requirements are stated in the specific offer terms.

Yes. Go to Account Settings and select the Limits section. You can set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap. A lower limit activates immediately. Increasing a limit has a built-in waiting period so the change does not take effect instantly — this is intentional and gives you time to reconsider before a higher limit comes into force. Withdrawals

In-play markets are available on selected events in the Betting section of your zs7 account.

Cash-out is available on selected betting markets. When it is available, a cash-out button appears next to your open bet in the My Bets section. The cash-out value reflects the current probability of your bet winning — if your selection is doing well you will receive more than your stake, if it is struggling you may get back less. Cash-out is not guaranteed to be available on every market or at every point during a match.
