The name, date of birth and payment information associated with your zs7 account must be accurate and belong to you personally. The name on your zs7 account must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.
All financial transactions on zs7 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods:
Deposits are credited to your zs7 PKR wallet once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. zs7 does not charge fees for standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside zs7's control.

Withdrawal requests on zs7 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to maintain consistency between deposit and withdrawal methods and to prevent fraudulent fund movement.
Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of a request being approved. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
zs7 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is standard practice and is applied to protect your funds. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC or other identification document to complete the verification process.
Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have been approved and sent for processing. If you wish to cancel a pending withdrawal request that has not yet been processed, contact support promptly through the platform's contact channels.
All bets and gaming activity on zs7 are subject to the specific rules of each product or game type. For sports betting — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals and other markets — bets are settled according to the applicable sporting results as confirmed by the relevant sporting body.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account balance will be restricted until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms a breach, any balance attributable to the breach may be forfeited.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting zs7 support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance that is not subject to open wagering requirements will be returned via your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not completed wagering requirements are forfeited on account closure.
zs7 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will always be available at zs7.pro/terms-conditions and will display the date of the last update at the top of the page.
Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a registered user — zs7 will provide notice to registered users via the contact details on their account. Continued use of the zs7 platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
